We start with Celebrations, where members and guests share success stories from their Connect, Serve, and Ask™ One to ones. This is more than just testimonials; it’s a reflection of how members support each other’s growth and highlight the tangible benefits of being part of the H7 community.

Introductions

Introductions offer you the stage to make your mark and engage with others in attendance. Prepare to introduce yourself with our three (3) word description and specify the industry of your target markets (name, name of business, 3 words that describe your business, and 1 request). During smaller group breakouts, have a 30-second commercial ready—this is your chance to succinctly convey who you are and what you do, setting the stage for deeper connections.

Small Group Breakouts

In our Small Group Breakouts, facilitated by H7 Alpha Team Leaders, you’ll connect with others focused on your target market. This is where you get to know each other better (like & know) and your “Ask” (trust) comes into play—be clear about what you seek (see target markets), using the H7 Network standard form of asking both within and outside our community. The goal here is to establish connections that align with your business objectives or common interests.

Take-Aways

Every meeting aims for participants to walk away with a meaningful connection their “Ask.” Facilitators are encouraged to identify anyone who hasn’t made a connection, so the larger group can step in to bridge gaps. We strive for 100% success, ensuring that everyone leaves with valuable contacts and actionable insights.
