The Alpha Team Monthly “Team Only” Meeting is a private, 30 – 60‑minute working session where Alpha Team members align on strategy, culture, and growth while operating as Champions for each other. This time is dedicated to strengthening trust, reviewing metrics and accountability, planning and tracking referrals, and improving meeting facilitation and member experience. Using a simple agenda—wins, metrics, collaborative “Asks”, and improvements—Alpha Teams turn this meeting into a consistent engine for better results across their H7 Group.

By helping guide meetings, welcome visitors, and support members, you position yourself as a go-to resource.
