H7X is an invitation-only, high-performing experience for members who want to collaborate at a deeper level, sharpen their strategy, and generate more predictable introductions with a committed circle of peers.

There is no “upgrade fee” to your core H7 membership to join H7X, but participation does require members to be at the current full Renewal level (including Legacy Members). This investment ensures that everyone in the room is equally committed to creating results.
Every H7X member is also required to complete the Roadmap to Success Member Training within their first 60 days in the group (unless they’ve already taken it). That shared foundation means you’re not starting from scratch—you’re building on the same language, tools, and framework so you can move faster together.
Who Is H7X For?
H7X is ideal for H7 members who:
– Want a smaller, sharper circle of peers or “Champions” committed to mutual growth
– Value structured, high-intent networking over casual, drop-in style meetings
– Are willing to show up prepared with clear target markets and specific Asks

H7X is a High-Performance Meeting?
H7X groups meet twice a month for focused, 60-minute working sessions. These meetings are:
- Invitation only – Seats are curated, not because of exclusivity for its own sake, but to build a room of committed, goal-oriented members. We don’t automatically exclude others in your profession if they serve different niches or target markets.
- Private and intentional – This is not a standard networking meeting; it’s a strategic huddle designed to move real opportunities forward.
A typical H7X meeting helps you:
- Align on strategy, culture, and growth with your H7X Group
- Operate as Champions for each other, not just contacts
- Troubleshoot and improve the member experience in your broader H7 world
You’ll celebrate wins, review key metrics, and hold one another accountable for the introductions you’ve promised. Members take turns presenting their business in depth so the H7X Group understands exactly how to treat referrals and who the right introductions are. That clarity builds confidence—and confidence builds more and better referrals.
The heart of H7X is a structured Connect, Serve, and Ask® Champion-style working session, where you come prepared with specific target markets, companies, or people you want to reach. Together, your H7X Group:
- Reviews real lists (LinkedIn, contacts, companies)
- Identifies who can open which doors
- Commits to concrete introductions and follow-through
Each meeting ends with clear next steps: who is making which introductions, upcoming H7 commitments, and how the group will support each other between sessions.
