Connections On Steroids

At the West Chester H7 Networking Meeting, the spirit of connection and collaboration is more than just a goal—it’s a reality. The August 23, 2024 meeting was a perfect example of how the H7 logic of “Connect, Serve, Ask” can transform a room full of professionals into a thriving network of opportunities.
The meeting kicked off with introductions, where each attendee shared not only their business focus but also the type of client they were seeking. As conversations unfolded, it became clear that the H7 philosophy was at work. Members weren’t just listening passively; they were actively thinking about how they could serve one another by helping find those ideal clients.
Bragging Moments

One particular success story emerged when a local insurance agent mentioned his need to connect with small business owners who might be underinsured. Instantly, a commercial real estate broker in the room recalled several clients who had recently expanded their operations and could likely benefit from an insurance review. By the end of the meeting, they had exchanged information and arranged a follow-up meeting to explore how they could work together.
A standout success story came when a videographer, who had recently completed a series of promotional videos for a large local business, mentioned that his client was looking to completely overhaul their website. Recognizing a great opportunity, he immediately referred the client to a website designer in the group. The designer and the client connected after the meeting, leading to a substantial project that involved not only a website redesign but also ongoing digital marketing support. This referral not only showcased the power of collaboration within the H7 network but also resulted in significant business growth for the website designer.
Another standout moment occurred when a financial advisor asked for introductions to local real estate agents who might need help with their client’s investment planning. Within minutes, a mortgage broker in the room offered to introduce him to two realtors she knew well, providing a direct link to potential new business.
Connect Serve & Ask Reached The Next Level
As the meeting wrapped up, it was clear that the West Chester H7 group had once again succeeded in its mission. Everyone left the room with new connections, potential leads, and the satisfaction of knowing they had contributed to someone else’s success. The H7 approach of connecting, serving, and asking had turned what could have been just another networking event into a powerful platform for professional growth.
